The ChallengeVisionTrak market a range of GPS-based tracking devices. To support a number of new products, we were asked to design a four-page brochure. While the products use similar technology, they have quite divergent uses: from tracking pets (PetTrak) and individuals (SafeTrak) to tracking assets like boats and front end loaders (AssetTrak). The brochure needed to explain the whole product range consistently while making the differences between them clear. It also needed to make the sophisticated technology within the devices understandable to a wide audience. The SolutionWe produced a number of 3D graphics to illustrate the products and the wide variety of ways that they can be used. On the front panel, a series of linked images illustrated the unity of the range, while inside those same images were used in the descriptions of the individual products. The internal layout clearly distinguished the individual products from each other while also providing combined information about the range. |
